Recreation Road 2 (RE 2) is a recreation road in southwest Texas that runs to Rough Canyon campground and marina at Amistad National Recreation Area from U.S. Route 277/U.S. Route 377 (US 277/US 377) north of Del Rio.

RE 2 starts at the Rough Canyon Recreational Area. The western end of the road is at the boat launch on the Devils River on the northern end of the Amistad Reservoir. The roadway runs northeasterly past the campgrounds in the recreational area. RE 2 turns directly east at Cam Real. The highway then runs out of the recreational area running to the intersection with US 277/US 377 where it terminates.[2]
